Fast Discreet Shipping

To protect your privacy, all orders are discreetly packaged with no identifying marks such as the manufacturer’s name, logo, product names, SKUs or barcodes on the outside. We provide fast delivery anywhere in the US and Canada.

In-stock orders placed before noon EST will be shipped out same business day.  All other orders will be shipped ASAP.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy ensures the sanitation of all products in our warehouse.

Shipping and Returns FAQs

What Happens If I’m Not at Home?
UPS will attempt to leave the package in a secure location if you are not home, such as an enclosed porch, side door, or apartment lobby. If you are not home or there is no secure location, UPS will leave a card which enables you to track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, arrange to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Centre, have your shipment delivered to a different address, or to return the shipment to Diaper Drawer. If the package is sent to the nearest UPS centre you must pick it up within 5 business days.  If your parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we will call you to have the package reshipped with an additional shipping charge, or refund the cost of the product(s) only.  You will still be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any charges for return shipping. 

How Can I Return My Products?
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately all products are non-returnable, even in the case of unopened packages. Returned parcels will be discarded unopened. 

What if I Wrote an Incorrect Address?
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Diaper Drawer is not responsible for orders shipped to an inaccurate address. If the package is returned to Diaper Drawer, we will contact you to correct your address before a second delivery attempt is made, and you will need to pay for the additional shipping charges.  

What if My Package Has Arrived Damaged?
We are very sorry to hear that, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us by email and we’d be happy to ship you a replacement at no charge. 

Where Do You Ship to?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada.

Do You Offer Flat-Fee Shipping?
Unfortunately, the high cost of shipping to some areas means that we're unable to establish a flat-fee price that would be accurate for the wide range of order sizes we typically see. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are based on weight as well as destination. When you add items to your cart, you will have the option to estimate shipping and tax.  This will give you an accurate cost based on what you are ordering as well as where you are located.

Why Hasn’t My Package Arrived Yet?
Please refer to the above general shipping times provided by the different shipping services. Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays, however if you are concerned, please get in touch with us by email and we will be happy to help. 

Do You Offer Express Shipping?
For shipping to the United States, we offer UPS 3 Day Select, which will take 3 business days. For shipping in Canada, we offer UPS Express Save which will take 1-3 business days. In-stock orders placed before noon EST will be shipped out same business day.
